Pranayama
Pranayama, the ancient science of energy, enables one to control, extend, and expand their lifeforce energy, or prana, through harnessing the breath. Without a doubt, this beautiful practice has the power to improve and enhance your life experience, helping one to be at peace with what is already there.
Whether you want to improve your physical and mental health, gain heightened states of awareness, or deepen your meditation practice, Pranayama (and the Yoga system) is highly recommended. It is an endless and timeless practice into self exploration and improvement.

REBIRTHING BREATHWORK
Deep and Connected Breathing is the technique’s driving engine. Imagine a dance—a circular, rhythmic choreography of energy. It’s conscious, connected breathing—the kind that ignites dormant vitality and releases emotional knots. Practitioners breathe life into their cells, exhaling old patterns and inhaling renewal. Some call it the “most powerful breathing technique on the planet.”
As a Breathwork Facilitator, I am there to monitor your breathing and ensure that it is done correctly over a certain period of time. I play music inspiring music adapted to the practice, and most of all, I provide a safe and comfortable space.
”No gaps, no interruptions. Each breath links arms with its neighbour, forming an unbroken chain. Inhale, exhale, inhale—the rhythm flows like a river, carrying away stagnation, fear, and old stories. It’s a circular dance—a cosmic waltz where you’re both dancer and witness.”
