On a spiritual level, SOMA Breath is designed to help you ‘manifest’ and attract your desires and intentions into life, as well as reach elevated states of consciousness and deep meditation. 

SOMA Breath uses a combination of Pranayama techniques, guided meditation, visualisation and brainwave entrainment music, to offer a peak human experience. Niraj Naik (the founder) created this fusion to help the indivual reach the optimum balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide for your body, enabling you to experience a consistent flow of energy, increased productivity, happier moods and be more resilient to stress.

I offer a 20 Hour Online Training focussing on this style of Breathwork (SOMA), which also covers the foundations for Pranayama. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will cover the following subjects :

  • Pranayama 
  • Energetic Anatomy  
  • Foundational Techniques 
  • Different styles of Breathwork 
  • Heart Rate Variability, Emotions and Heart Coherence
  • CO2 Tolerance, Oxygen Efficiency, and the Physiology of the Breath 
  • Therapeutic Breathing Techniques (For daily life)
  • Breathing in Daily life
  • Sequencing 
  • Manifestation with the Mind and Breath
These sessions are recorded and you will have lifetime access to them, being able to review the theory whenever you choose. 
 
The purpose of this training is to help you feel confident when discussing the benefits of Breathwork with others, understand contraindications, and learn how to guide and sequence effectively. By the end, you’ll have developed a sequence and be well-prepared to guide your clients.
