Indulge in a 1.5-hour Abhyanga massage with Roxane, either in the comfort of your home or ours.
This luxurious warm-oil massage, rooted in Indian tradition, offers a well-rounded state of balance and relaxation. It works wonders on your body by enhancing :
- Circulation of body fluids
- Digestion
- Nervous system function
- Joint and muscle tone
You can choose to work with either Roxane or myself (Christopher) for this exciting experience.
Over a 2-month period, we will meet twice, either in person or online, to identify and correct imbalances in your body’s physiological and anatomical systems (Digestive, Intestinal, Structure, etc.).
After each session, you will receive a comprehensive case study, including a personalized Menu Plan and tailored Nutritional and Lifestyle recommendations.

You can choose to be facilitated by either Roxane or myself (Christopher) for this powerful practice.
We will meet for an in-person, 2 hour Breathwork session, designed to melt away layers of stress and tension, and help you to release deeply deeply stored emotions. You will experience emotional freedom and a profound state of relaxation like never before.

You can choose to practise with either Roxane or myself (Christopher), in our home studio or at your place.
We’ll use a blend of Yoga postures and movements (Hatha / Vinyasa) along with Tai Chi to explore your body’s mobility and open its capabilities. You shall be corrected when needed, and also encouraged in order to reach your personal goals.
Guided by the breath and intuition and your intention, we will guide you through a seamless sequence that keeps you present and connected to the body, finally entering a state of stillness and meditation.
At the end of our journey, you’ll receive a personalised breathwork and relaxation recording (20-30 minutes), tailored specifically to your needs.
