about me
Born in France, I’ve spent most of my life moving between France, England, and the U.S. (Massachusetts), but no matter where I’ve been, Lyon has always felt like home—my grounding place. After finishing school, I went on to do a Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering in England. But just two years into the tech world, I knew it wasn’t where I was meant to be.
So in 2012, I walked away from that path. After the loss of my mother and a deep inner shift, I found myself in South America for a year and a half—traveling, learning, and peeling back layers of who I thought I was. That time brought Martial Arts, Meditation, and Yoga into my life, and everything began to shift. It was a turning point—a time of transformation, realignment, and awakening.
Since then, Yoga and Meditation have been steady companions, guiding me through adventures in California, Portugal, and Asia. In 2019, I returned to Lyon to finally lay down some roots—just before the world closed its doors during the pandemic.
These practices have become a way of life for over 13 years now. I’ve been teaching for over eight years, and out of all the tools I’ve explored, it’s Pranayama, Breathwork, and Meditation that have had the most profound impact on me and my teaching. I began with Hatha and Kundalini Yoga in 2016, and in 2019 discovered SOMA Breath, which opened up a whole new world. I’m still learning—always—from teachers past and present, and from that quiet space within.
My passion for health and vitality also led me to study Holistic Nutrition, something I’d been curious about for years. I graduated in 2021 after three years of study, and it naturally became part of my holistic approach—bringing together breath, movement, stillness, and nourishment.
Today, I guide others through a mix of meditation styles, SOMA Breathwork, and more recently, Rebirthing Breathwork — practices that invite deep transformation, clarity, and connection.
I live in Lyon with my partner Roxane (also a yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, and massage therapist), and I feel lucky every day to share this life with her, surrounded by friends, family, and a sense of purpose.
