Learning to Breathe Better

Pranayama & SOMA Breath

Pranayama, the ancient science of energy, enables one to control, extend, and expand their lifeforce energy, or prana, through harnessing the breath. Without a doubt, this beautiful practice has the power to improve and enhance your life experience, helping one to be at peace with what is already there. Whether you want to improve your physical and mental health, gain heightened states of awareness, or deepen your meditation practice, Pranayama (and the Yoga system) is highly recommended. It is an endless and timeless practice into self exploration and improvement.

SOMA Breath

On a spiritual level, SOMA Breath is designed to help you ‘manifest’ and attract your desires and intentions into life, as well as reach elevated states of consciousness and deep meditation.

SOMA Breath uses a combination of Pranayama techniques, guided meditation, visualisation and brainwave entrainment music, to offer a peak human experience. Niraj Naik (the founder) created this fusion to help the indivual reach the optimum balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide for your body, enabling you to experience a consistent flow of energy, increased productivity, happier moods and be more resilient to stress.

‘’It is really that simple: breathwork and holding your breath is the key to your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. It’s the key to your creativity, your intuition, living in flow state, living authentically, and living in pure joy.’’
