This 50 Hour intensive Training is designed nor only for Yoga teachers and coaches but also anyone genuinely interested in exploring and applying the practices of Breathwork and Meditation. The program includes daily morning Asana (postures), Pranayama, and Meditation sessions, along with SOMA Breathwork sessions to conclude each day.
