SOMA Breath is a simple yet powerful mix of breathing techniques (inspired by Pranayama), guided meditation, visualisation, and brainwave-entrainment music.
It is designed to help you improve your oxygen levels and increase your CO₂ tolerance — two keys to feeling more energised, focused, calm and resilient to everyday stress. 

On a spiritual level, SOMA Breath is designed to help you ‘manifest’ and attract your desires and intentions into life, as well as reach elevated states of consciousness and deep meditation.
